BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Located in a peaceful, rural location yet less than five miles from Ashford, Lanary Oast has been sympathetically restored showing many oak beams and original stonework. There is private access to the oast where a gentle ramp leads to the stable door, all downstairs rooms have wide doorways with oak flooring throughout. The property has been tastefully decorated, furnished and equipped. The garden, with a large pond - can also be admired from the upper floor decked verandah area. Situated one and a half miles from Bilsington, this is wonderful walking country, yet close to the Eurostar terminal and the high speed trains to London and Paris.  Shop: 1.5 miles  Pub: 1 mile Coast: 8.2 miles

Sitting Room has three sofas, an armchair, coffee table, wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview. Broadband, music system and woodburner
Dining Room, in the roundel,  has a round pine table and chairs
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, larder fridge and freezer
Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c

First Floor:
Master Bedroom with super king-size bed which can be separated into twins, a 4ft sofabed, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers, portable TV and En-Suite Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, separate shower, washbasin and w.c.

Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c

Up a few stairs to...

Bedroom 3 in the roundel with two 3' beds which can be zipped together to make a super king-size, painted pine wardrobe, dressing table and chair

Garden: Lawned gardens with hedges and trees at the perimeters. There is a large pond with a 4' fence (children must be supervised). Also from the upper floor a door leads out to a decked verandah area with a small bench. Garden furniture and barbecue plus children's climbing frame.
Parking: Ample parking beside the accommodation.
Heating: Oil central heating.

Notes: First basket of logs provided. Please contact owner before arrival if you require beds in a different arrangement than as specified above.
