HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Munday Garden Cottage is a beautiful 17th Century detached barn conversion in the immaculate grounds of Munday Manor - a fine example of a quintessentially English country house. Full of character with masses of original beams, inglenook fireplace and oak floors the cottage has been furnished with great care including many antiques and finished to a very high standard. Next to the cottage is a private terrace where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views over the moated island to the fields.This is a brilliant base for exploring all of Kent and with Ashford International station minutes away you can venture further afield to London or France too. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 1.5 miles Coast: 7 miles

Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining Room is situated off the attractive, spacious entrace hall. With its oak beams and leaded light windows, this cosy room is very comfortably furnished including a double sofabed, armchairs and antique chests and furniture. In the huge inglenook fireplace is the flat screen TV/DVD/video and stereo plus board games for you to use. The dining table seating four is by the large French windows which provide direct access to your private terrace
Kitchen is immaculate and includes an electric oven and hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer
Bathroom is a generous size and has a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c

is built right into the eaves with shutters over the rooflights and fantastic views through the leaded light window across the formal gardens to the fields. It is spacious and very pretty with a super kingsize and a single bed - both with luxury bedlinen and co-ordinated fabrics. Plenty of clothes storage in the wardrobe and chest of drawers too

Garden: Within the three acre grounds is a moated island, an orchard, a summer house (with electricity supply), table, chairs and barbecue plus garden games. Private terrace with garden furniture next to the cottage.
Parking: Directly outside the property.
