BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Bull Cottage is a superb conversion of a farm building on a large 230 acre working beef farm in glorious countryside and with gorgeous views over the large pond, fields and paddocks to the rolling Kentish countryside in Benenden. Situated only five miles from the pretty Wealden town of Cranbrook, this is an ideal location for touring the heart of Kent and visiting the many castles and gardens in the area - including Sissinghurst Castle and Gardens, Hever Castle, Scotney Castle, Leeds Castle, Bedgebury Pinetum, Finchcocks Museum, Bewl Water Reservoir and many National Trust properties.   Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 mile Coast: 19.3 miles

Garden: A fully enclosed patio and lawned garden with patio furniture and fantastic views over the fields and paddocks.
Parking: Ample for two cars.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Also Provided:  Hairdryer. Stairgates available on request.
Notes: There are footpaths that cross the farm land, plus fishing is available in five ponds well stocked with carp. There is a fenced pond in front of the property, outside the cottage garden, (children must be supervised). Towels, if required are charged at £3pp per week. A security deposit of £50 is payable on arrival at the property.
