The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Park Farm Chalet is located on a working livestock farm in a peaceful and rural environment, yet is only four miles from the picturesque town of Cranbrook. It is a detached, refurbished farm property located within the grounds of the farmhouse, with farmland surrounding and wildflower meadows. There are many footpaths, bridle ways and quiet lanes to explore, yet not far away you can shop for some wonderful local produce (the owners of this cottage supply and own a butchers shop in Hawkhurst). This is a perfect base for visiting the many castles, gardens, National Trust properties and historic houses easily reached within a short drive from this delightful holiday home. Staplehurst station is approx fifteen minutes away with a service to London or the coast. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 0.5 mile Coast: 17.7 miles

Kitchen with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment
Sitting Area comfortably furnished with a large sofa bed, armchairs, oak table with chairs, TV/DVD player and storage cupboard containing the washer/dryer
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedside cabinets and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with twin beds, 2'6" wide so more suitable for children
Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c.

 
Garden: There is a  fenced grassed garden area to the rear of the property with views over the large pond that is available for carp fishing (charge applicable). To the front of this pretty property is a spacious gravel seating area with garden table and chairs, barbecue and wonderful outlook over the rolling fields and paddocks.
Parking: Ample private parking next to the cottage.
Heating: Oil central heating.
Also Provided: Provision for cycle storage.
Notes: A security deposit of £30 is payable on arrival at the property. This is a working farm with sheep, cows, pigs, horses and dogs. The cottage is fenced off from the farm, but guests can use the footpaths across the fields and upon request, can be shown around the farm.
