HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Beautiful beamed 15th century, Grade II listed cottage located in the centre of Sissinghurst village with shop, pub and AA rosette restaurant just a few yards away. Sissinghurst is near to the picturesque and popular country town of Cranbrook - with its famous windmill, wide selection of traditional shops, pubs, a Michelin starred restaurant and leisure centre. World famous Sissinghurst Castle Garden is a mile away, with Leeds Castle a short drive and approximately four miles to the mainline station at Staplehurst for trains to London (one hour) - making Lantine Cottage an ideal base for visiting the many family attractions throughout Kent and beyond. Shop: 30 yards Pub: 100 yards Coast: 22.2 miles

Entrance Hall with terracotta tiled floor and cloakroom area. (Principal access through the side passage and wooden gate)
Sitting Room with travertine tiled floor, three seater sofa, matching armchair, two small antique armchairs and oak coffee table.  There is an original large brick fireplace with woodburner and a TV/DVD with Digibox is housed in an antique corner cupboard
Dining Room with terracotta floor, rustic pine dining table seating six, French oak display cabinet, side table and large mirror
Kitchen with terracotta tiled floor, electric oven and hob with extractor hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and views over the large back garden
Bathroom with hand-held Victorian style shower over bath, washbasin, heated towel rail and w.c.

Bedroom 1 carpeted, with twin beds, chest of drawers, original brick fireplace and views over the garden

Notes: Due to open tread, open sided stairs young children should be supervised and the elderly must take care. Gardener normally visits on a weekly basis. Bedroom 3 is accessed through Bedroom 2.
Security Deposit:  A Security deposit of £150 is payable with balance.
