This delightful attached cottage in a tucked away, rural setting, once two farmworker's cottages and now one spacious comfortable holiday home, is of a very high standard. Situated in glorious Kentish countryside, excellent for quiet 'getaways', four miles from the coastal town of Sandwich with its many restaurants, pubs, quaint shops, cinema and famous golf course. Historic Canterbury is a twenty minute drive, Dover only twelve miles. Wonderful walking country, character pubs, local riding and golf. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 1.5 miles Coast: 3.5 miles

Notes: This property is of a very high standard, however, a Visit Britain 2 Star grading has been given due to the downstairs 4ft 6" double bed being located next to the wall, which is unavoidable. To access the bathroom from two of the upstairs bedrooms requires either going through the double bedroom or going downstairs and back up second flight of stairs to the main bathroom or use the downstairs shower room. For larger parties, please be aware that there is no immersion heater so you have to be patient with the hot water supply.Really only suitable for 8 adults or 6 adults and 3 children because of this. A security deposit of £150 is payable with the booking balance.
