HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This delightful attached cottage is tucked away in a rural setting; it was once two farmworker's cottages and is now one spacious comfortable holiday home of a high standard. Situated in the community of Hammill -four miles from the coastal town of Sandwich with its many restaurants, pubs, quaint shops, cinema and famous golf course. In the glorious Kentish countryside this cottage is ideal for quiet 'getaways', Historic Canterbury is a twenty minute drive, Dover only twelve miles. Wonderful walking country, character pubs, local riding and golf. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 1.5 miles Coast: 3.5 miles

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room with an open working fireplace, comfortable seating, TV, DVD and CD player/radio, games and books
Dining Room with table and chairs and French doors leading to the rear garden
Bedroom 1 with a single bed , hanging cupboard and bedside table
Kitchen well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine
Bedroom 2 with a 4' 6" double bed, hanging cupboard and En-Suite Shower Room with shower, washbasin and w.c.

First Floor:
Bedroom 3 with a double bed (this room also interconnects with one of the twin rooms)
Bedroom 4 with twin beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and built in cupboard
Bedroom 5 with twin beds, bedside table, chest of drawers and built in cupboard
Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: To the rear there is a large mature garden and garden terrace with teak table and chairs, sun loungers and barbecue. At the front there is a pretty cottage style garden with seating.
Parking: For a maximum of three cars at the front of the property.
Heating: Storage and electric heaters throughout plus working fire.
Notes: This property is of a high standard, however, a Visit Britain 2 Star grading has been given due to the downstairs 4' 6" double bed being located next to the wall, which is unavoidable. To access the bathroom from two of the upstairs bedrooms requires either going through the double bedroom or going downstairs and back up second flight of stairs to the main bathroom or use the downstairs shower room. Really only suitable for up to 8 adults . A security deposit of £150 is payable with the booking balance.
