This semi-detached converted farm building faces directly onto the lovely ancient church of St James famous for its yew trees. Located on a 200 acre working sheep and arable farm in the hamlet of Elmsted with a new arrival to get to know - Luke the Llama! The Dairy is discreetly screened from the farm and prettily adorned with pots and hanging baskets. There are many footpaths to explore locally, nature reserves famous for orchids and a choice of pubs to enjoy in the many local villages.
