This bright and airy second floor apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout and is in an ideal location for both a relaxing summer holiday or an out of season short break. The property is superbly located in the conservation area of the very popular coastal town of Broadstairs - only a few doors from the Dickens House Museum and with an unrivalled view over the delightful gardens along the sea-front over the Bay and Harbour Pier. On Wednesday for five weeks during the summer period, there is a firework display from the Harbour Pier - no better view could be had! Shop: 500 yards Pub: 500 yards Coast: 0.1 miles

Second Floor:
Sitting Room with large L shaped sofa, two armchairs, table, chairs, TV with DVD, Freeview and a radio/CD player
Kitchen with a gas hob and oven with grill, larder fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and window seat to enjoy the wonderful view over the bay
Bedroom 1 with a double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 2 with a single bed and a pull out stacker bed to make twin beds or can be a double bed. Single beds are only 2'6" wide, so only suitable for children
Shower Room with a power shower, small washbasin and w.c. (Please note the bottom of the windows are two feet from the floor and can be locked - but if open, children MUST be supervised - bars are not possible as this is a conservation area.)

Parking:  There are several car parking places very close to the apartment -  free overnight  parking directly in front of the apartment and ample free parking available on the Promenade and within three minutes walk. Pay and Display car park within ten minutes walk, charges vary.
