Little Hampton is a spacious, detached bungalow with direct access to the beach, fabulous sea views, an off-road parking space and front and rear patios. It is located near Hampton Pier on the western side of Herne Bay and it is a pleasant walk along the sea-front path to the centre of Herne Bay for shops, cinema, restaurants, theatre and various sporting facilities.  Shop: 0.5 miles  Pub: 0.25 miles Coast: 0 miles

Ground Floor:
Living Room is bright, spacious, has wonderful sea views, comfortable three seater and two seater sofas, table and chairs, coffee table, a rug on the wooden floor, TV, DVD,CD player selection of books and games and French doors to the veranda
Kitchen is a large room with table and chairs, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/dryer
Bedroom 1 faces the sea and has a double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe
Bedroom 2 faces the garden and has twin beds, bedside table and wardrobe
Bedroom 3 faces the garden and has single bed, bedside table, chair, wardrobe and a travel cot if required

Garden: A small front patio and a sheltered, sun trap, rear enclosed patio with barbecue and garden furniture. Terraced garden rises steeply. The top section of the garden is kept as a 'wild' area at the request of the owners' children. 
Parking: Off-road parking space for one car in front of house.  Any other cars to be parked in road above the house or in the car park at the end of the beach road.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Notes: The terraced garden is not safe for the very young or elderly.
