HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This lovely Regency terraced cottage is surrounded by peaceful countryside with wonderful walks nearby.   It is attractively furnished with many pretty little touches and is very well equipped. Located about 6 miles from the ancient market town of Faversham, home of the UK's oldest brewery; 10 miles from Ashford; 12 miles from the Cathedral City of Canterbury and within a short drive of the seaside resorts of Whitstable and Herne Bay for sea sports and also near to local golf courses, as well as a wide selection of Castles, houses and gardens, this is a great cottage for a peaceful or active break. Shop: 4 miles  Pub: 1 mile Coast:  12 miles

Ground Floor:
Living/Dining Room/Kitchen takes up the whole of the ground floor and is bright and airy and has comfortable armchairs, a large sofa, dining table and chairs and a TV with Freeview and DVD plus a Radio/CD player.   The  Kitchen area has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, coffee machine and mixer.   A stable door from the kitchen opens onto the patio and pretty rear garden

First Floor:
Bedroom with views over the fields to the front of the house has a large wooden framed bed with two three foot single mattresses and single duvets. There is bedside cabinet and table, an antique pine wardrobe and pretty wooden chair. A door from this bedroom leads to...
Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and w.c. and a door leading to....
Dressing Room/ Bedroom 2 with additional folding bed , small chest of drawers and chair for third guest has wonderful views

Garden: Small front garden with steps down to the path to the front door. The mature back garden has a large patio area and garden furniture is kept in the garden shed.
Parking: There is a parking space for one car beyond the back garden.
Heating: Electric radiators and two night storage heaters.
Notes: The cottage is probably not suitable for very young children due to the fairly steep open wood stairs.
