BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

First class wooden chalet in a peaceful location backing onto woodland on the edge of an exclusive thirty six acre holiday park with swimming pool, tennis courts, adventure play area, indoor games area, restaurant, bar and laundry room with washers and driers too.  Located close to the beach, in a village with shops, pub and post office and only two miles from the old fishing towns of Deal and Walmer with their castles, shops and restaurants this chalet is a super base for that real seaside escape. It is very well equipped and unusually has an upstairs washroom as well as a ground floor shower room and a delightful private rear patio garden.   Shop: 0.1 miles Pub: 0.1 miles Coast: 0.1 mile

Ground Floor: 
Sitting Room with two luxury leather sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs, TV with Freeview, DVD, video and CD as well as a selection of  books, toys and games. This room stretches across the front of the chalet and has double doors out to the front veranda which is in the sun nearly all day and provides views across the park
Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, blender, mixer, toasted sandwich maker and door to the rear decked area
Bedroom 1 with single bed, chest of drawers and door to the rear garden
Shower Room with shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Private rear decked patio area and well planted, shaded rock garden with garden furniture as well as communal lawns to the front.
Parking: In main car park with footpaths to the chalet.
Heating: Electric heaters. There is a coin meter taking £1 coins which will have been 'fed' for your arrival and you can 'top it up' if necessary during your stay.
