A superbly converted detached Oast House in a wonderfully peaceful and rural location surrounded by National Trust land in an area known as 'The Firehills' which forms part of a Country Park with 500 acres of cliff walks and unspoiled wooded countryside. The house sits in an elevated position with wonderful views over farmland to the sea. This part of the world is popular with ramblers, bird watchers, artists, cyclists and of course those who love the sea. As the crow flies Marsham Oast is 700 mtrs from the coast with footpaths leading from the property to the cliffs and beach. It is located within the grounds of the owners' ancient and beautifully restored farmhouse dating from the 1500's with later additions. There is a farm shop at the bottom of the drive, 3 minutes walk from the house. Shop: 1 mile  Pub: 1 mile Coast: 0.2 miles
