This is a truly stunning beach house in an ultra modern eco-friendly development - just yards from the spectacular sandy beaches and dunes for which Camber is so famous. Ground Floor:
Integral Garage is to the left of the entrance hall and has been converted into a playroom - with table tennis and  toys etc. There is an inter-connecting door through to the 
Garden Room which leads directly to the outdoor patio area and provides the double futon sofa bed ,armchair and well stocked book shelf. There is also a Shower Room with w.c which also houses the waser/dryer.

First Floor:
Main Sitting Area is wonderfully light and airy with floor to ceiling glazed French doors opening onto the large decked terrace, carefully furnished with contrasting retro and modern furnishings and there are two large sofas, an armchair, dining table to seat six plus TV/DVD and radio
