The most well-equipped cottage we have stayed in - very homely and clean. Walking distance to pub/restaurant. Pleasant walk to the beach. Lots to do in the area and visit.

The property was chosen to gain some rest and fulfilled its purpose. Peaceful and quiet - beach only 10 mins drive, attractions within 1/2 hour drive. Left feeling completely rested and will return again.

Petrol Stations in Rye. Co-op Ten minutes walk open 7 days a week till 10pm. Also has a cash point. On the edge of Rye Nature reserve. Very dog friendly. Local fresh fish 5 mins by car.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Resturants and pubs were very friendly and the food was excellent. Weather made it a very enjoyable holiday.
