BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

What a stunning location - right on the cliff tops in the Hastings Country Park with far reaching views to the White Cliffs of Dover, Beachy Head and the twinkling night lights of France!! The park consists of over 650 acres in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty including ancient woodland and grassland with dramatic coastline and cliffs spanning seven miles. One of the original terraced coastguard cottages, the house has been lovingly renovated and with its high ceilings is spacious, characterful and with all the facilities you would expect - plus a bath with amazing views to Dover and beyond. Shop: 1.5 miles  Pub: 3 miles Coast: 0.1 mile

Sitting/Dining Room with stripped wooden floorboards, working open fire and second fireplace with multi-fuel stove, original cupboards, three-seater sofa, double sofa bed, flat screen LCD TV/DVD with Freeview, dining table, six chairs and French doors to conservatory and access to garden 
Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c.

First Floor landing:
Bedroom 1 with 5' double bed, which can be unzipped to form two singles, bedside tables, dressing table and chair, built-in cupboard, original fireplace and superb views form the double windows
Bedroom 2 with a  metal framed double bed, bedside tables, hooks with hangers and views across the rear garden
Bathroom with a shower over the bath, tiled floor and part walls, heated towel rail, shaver light, low voltage lighting, washbasin and w.c.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 3 with king-size bed which can be unzipped to from two singles if required, bedside tables, chest, clothes hooks and a roll top bath. Floor to ceiling Velux windows give amazing views to Dover and beyond whilst relaxing in the bath. The rear window has stunning views to Beachy Head

Garden: Fully enclosed. Garden furniture and barbecue.
Parking: For one car in drive and one by coal house in the lane.
Heating: Electric central heating, multi-fuel stove and open fireplace.
Also Provided: Incoming telephone. First basket of logs supplied.
Notes: Please contact housekeeper before arrival if you would like the beds required in a different arrangement than as specified above.
