Lovely, comfortable, clean house and a good base for seeing the local area. Rye is a lovely town and we enjoyed walking the cobbled street. Tearooms worth a visit are Haydens (wonderful lunch!), The Apothecary and Cobbles.

The house has been a great base for a lovely week in Rye. We've been lucky with the weather and have enjoyed Camber Sands, Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway and the Rare Breeds Centre near Woodchurch.

Extremely comfortable well equipped house, very well situated. We found Rye an attractive and interesting town with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommend The Monastery & Simply Italian. We hope to revisit again in the future.

Lovely to come back and stay in this great house for a week. We have been very comfortable here. Hastings Country Park for stunning views. Two new places in Rye - Casanova and The American Diner. Tried both and first impressions very good!

We have had a lovely week in your lovely home. fully equipped with everything you will need. Rye is a lovely town, very convenient to the house. We really enjoyed the many cycle paths. The weather could have been a little kinder to us but we just get up and go! Hope the next people enjoy their break as much as we did. Thankyou.

The accommodation was a perfect base for us and our young children. Well equipped and centrally positioned.

Rye is a very pretty town. Lunch at the Mermaid was outstanding.

Webbes fish resturant is excellent and value for money, food delicious. Bodiam Castle and Aquamarine also good.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely cottage. The weather was great and we visited many nice places in the area. This was not our last time here!

Our second stay in your cottage. Had a super week. Stayed locally mainly apart from a trip to Tenterden. The accommodation is so cosy and near to everything in Rye that we didn't want to venture too far. Hope to return for a third time next year!

We absolutely loved Rye - we had no idea that it was going to be such a wonderful town, so steeped in history. We would recommend The Mermaid Inn for its atmosphere. The Vine is very good for food.
