HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This Georgian terraced fisherman's cottage has the most beautiful original Victorian solid fuel range in the sitting room - is elegantly furnished in an attractive mix of antique furniture - all combining to offer cosy and quaint accommodation - full of character and charm.  The enclosed, prettily planted patio garden catches the sun and being located down a quiet "twitten" is a great place to relax and unwind.  With views over to the castle and the sea - the cottage is located only 200 yards from the original cable car lift to East Cliff and the Country Park plus museums, galleries and the fishing fleet are nearby making this a great holiday cottage. Shop: 150 yards Pub: 100 yards Coast: 100 yards

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room is carpeted with rugs, has a solid fuel range with grand overmantle mirror, antique sofa, two armchairs, occasional tables, TV and shelves with lots of interesting ornaments and curios
Kitchen with laminate flooring, electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Pine table and four chairs and door to enclosed patio garden

First Floor:
Bedroom 1
is carpeted, with a double bed, two antique chest of drawers, built-in clothes hanging, chair, beautiful original fireplace and views over the twitten and out to sea.
Bathroom with a bath, over-bath shower, pine towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Second Floor:
Bedroom 2
with a small double bed (4') and a futon bed, small chest of drawers, bookcase, pine towel rail, velux rooflight and window with views across the rooftops to the sea, pier and beachy Head.

Garden: Prettily planted enclosed patio with bench.
Parking: Weekly parking permits can be purchased or some free street parking is available about 5 mins walk from the cottage.
Heating: Gas central heating plus working solid fuel range.
Notes: Due to the steepish stairs the cottage is not really suitable for anyone with mobility problems or children under 5. Dogs are very welcome. Happy to take short stays of 2-5 nights.
