HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Tucked away in a quite twitten in the heart of Hastings Old Town is this gorgeous Grade II listed white weather board cottage - just steps from the High Street with all its specialists shops and only a few minutes walk down to the beach.  With its open fireplace, original beams, oak flooring and beautiful claw foot bath this really is a welcoming and very attractive holiday home. It is one of the most painted cottages in Hastings and features on many postcards and souvenirs.  If you tire of the magic of Hastings Old Town - Historic Rye, the wonderful sandy beaches at Camber and picturesque Winchelsea are all in easy reach. Shop: 100 yards  Pub: 100 yards Coast: 0.5 mile

Bathroom with tiled floor is artistically decorated and has a lovely claw foot bath, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: None.
Parking: Free on-street parking nearby or local car parks. Weekly parking permits available from the Tourist Office.
Heating: Gas central heating and open fire. First basket of logs supplied.
Notes: Due to the relatively steep stairs the cottage is not really suitable for those with mobility problems.
