HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Situated on an attractive quiet residential road near East Hill - this immaculately presented totally self-contained wing of a grand Victorian house offers extremely comfortable family accommodation. With its wonderful high ceilings the house feels spacious and light. Only 10 minutes walk from the beach - or take the longer option and enjoy the spectacular views from the East Hill paths. The house is also minutes from the historic Old Town, a short drive to medieval Rye and the Hastings Country Park at nearby Fairlight - there really is something to keep everyone happy.  Shop: 0.5mile   Pub: 0.5 mile Coast: 1 mile

Ground Floor:
Entrance porch into hallway with original Victorian terracotta tiled floor...
Sitting/Dining Room is carpeted and has a three seater sofa, matching armchairs, flat screen TV/DVD, occasional table, bookcase with a variety of books and games plus pine dining table and  four chairs - additional folding chairs available
Kitchen again with the original tiled floor is very well equipped and provides an electric double oven/grill with ceramic hob and extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine and very well stocked units and built-in cupboards
Utility Room is off the hallway and houses a fridge/freezer and provides boot and coat storage
A door leads from the hall  into a small lobby off which lies a separate w.c and the main door to the garden

First Floor:
Bedroom 1
is to the left, carpeted and with a double bed, bedside cupboards, built-in wardrobe, chair and orignal fireplace. Views across the rooftops
Bedroom 2 to the right is carpeted and has a single bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and a built-in cupboard with hanging space and shelving plus another original fireplace
Bathroom has a tiled floor, telephone style shower attachment with wall fixing, shower curtain and washbasin
Separate Cloakroom with w.c
Bedroom 3 is also carpeted and has a double bed, bedside cupboards, chest of drawers, wardrobe, chair and the original fireplace

Garden: Small lawn plus gravelled area with bench-style picnic table.
Parking: In drive to unload and then free on road parking 20 yards away - visible from first floor windows.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Also Provided: Stairgate on request.
Notes: Due to the steepness of the stairs this property is not entirely suitable for toddlers or those with restricted mobility.
