Opposite the cottage is a five-acre oasis of land with a stream running through it, ideal for children to explore and play.
Parking: Parking is available beside the owner's garage.
Heating: Free standing electric convector heaters plus supplementary central heating running off the woodburner.

Notes: If booking two weeks - £50 reduction for 2nd week - £100 reduction if booking 3 weeks.  2 baskets of logs for the woodburner are included. Extra logs may be purchased from the owners.A security deposit of £50 is payable to the owner on arrival. Due to steep stairs and sloping gardens this property is not suitable for the less mobile and small children may need supervision. The owners have their own two very friendly Golden Retrievers so are happy to accept equally sociable pets.
