BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This superbly converted holiday cottage was once cow byres dating back 150 years. The combination of original mellow stone and beams makes it a wonderful holiday home.  Beautifully furnished and equipped with brick hearths and new wood flooring, the accommodation enjoys glorious peaceful surroundings on a rural Sussex farm. With sheep in the winter months and cattle during the summer, stay here and you can enjoy the many country walks, nature trails, vineyards and historic sites and houses.  Shop: 2 miles Pub: 1 mile Coast: 15 miles

Sitting Area
is light and bright with high vaulted ceilings, two large comfortable sofas, pine settle and dresser, TV/DVD (Sky FreeSat ), music centre/CD player, large woodburner, brown leather chairs and a pine table and chairs
Kitchen Area is divided from the living area with a modern feel comprising of beech floor units, mottled grey worktops, electric oven, grill and hob, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer

Bedroom 1 with cream wrought iron twin beds, pine wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps
Bathroom is very pretty with bath, over-bath shower, washbasin and w.c.
Bedroom 2 with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and w.c.

Bedroom 3 with three cream wrought iron single beds (one a stacker) with pine wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, storage baskets and a vaulted ceiling with velux windows and inset lights

Garden: To the front is a lawned area, patio area with garden bench and table (a gas barbecue is available). Doors lead from the sitting area to another grassed area overlooking the neighbouring fields and paddocks, perfectly suited to playing. Also, the owner has created a walkway of approximately two miles, around the entire farm across fields and through woodland which is perfect for enjoying the peaceful countryside. This does involve crossing stiles, in true country fashion.
Parking: Available to the front of the property.
Heating: Oil central heating.
Also Provided: Broadband and Telephone (incoming calls only). First basket of logs for woodburner. Hairdryer.
Notes: There is a poor mobile phone reception in the area. Bedroom 3 is not suitable for very small children due to the stairs, a clip-on safety rope can be attached at the top.May be booked in conjunction with Friesian Cottage, SX854 to sleep 11.
