The extra touches with the decorations and lights outside made our stay very magical & special.

The Shooting Box is a characterful property which is ideal for a relaxing weekend with friends or family. It exceeded our expectations. We will be back to visit again.

Everything that was needed was there, plus some extras like Hi-vis jackets (for walking down dark lanes) and beach towels. The welcome package was also excellent with a good mix of home-made products included.

Property brilliant. I did not find the steep stairs a problem despite being in my 70's. Our family favourite is Bodiam. We enjoyed eating meals in the sunny garden.

The Shooting Box Tower is stunning, inside and out. The welcome & service from James and Roy helped make our stay even more special.

We have been staying in holiday cottages for 18 years and this is the best yet. The furnishing is very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone with lots of thoughtful extras. James and Roy made us very welcome and the home made bread was delicious. The surrounding area is beautiful and there is plenty to see and do. I recommend The White Hart in Netherfield - excellent food and service. If you want a relaxing break in a beautiful house then The Shooting Box Tower is the place for you.
