BOOKING
HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

Not only does this cottage enjoy the most incredible location in stunning countryside on a working farm but also delivers luxurious living accommodation to match.  The ground floor rooms have been opened up to create a spacious, light and practical layout - where everyone can relax - whether in front of the open fire or around the dining table. Upstairs the bedrooms are extremely comfortable and attractively furnished and the family bathroom is fitted to a very high standard. If you tire of the wonderful country views a short drive will take you to Historic Battle and Bexhill-on-Sea is only 6 miles away. The pub is a gentle stroll away down the quiet country lanes.  Shop: 3.5 miles  Pub: 1 mile Coast: 6 miles

Ground Floor:
Sitting Room with views across the meadow to woodland has limestone flooring, open fire (free logs), two, two seater sofas and one armchair, occasional tables and TV with Freeview
Kitchen again with limestone flooring is very well equipped including an electric oven and gas hob with extractor hood, microwave, built-in separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher and digital radio with iPod docking station. Order home-cooked food to stock up your fridge and freezer direct from the owner - full menu available
Dining Room with country style dining table and chairs may be closed off by the glazed doors. There is a door to the garden with handy boot rack and coat hooks opposite

First Floor:
Bedroom 1 is carpeted and has a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and pretty free standing hanging and shelving unit. Wonderful views across the meadow
Bedroom 2 has two 2'6" twin beds which can be zipped together to form a Queen size double, bedside tables, dressing table,and the same superb views
Bedroom 3 is a child's delight with painted French sleigh bed, chest of drawers and views across the fields
Airing Cupboard housing the washing machine and tumble dryer
Bathroom with limestone flooring, quality shower over the bath, shower screen, heated towel rail, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: To the side of the cottage with shrubs and garden shed, barbecue and garden furniture.
Parking: Parking for two cars in the cottage drive.
Heating: Gas central heating and open fire.
Also Provided: Free supply of logs. Broadband available.
Notes: The 2'6" twin beds and the French sleigh bed are more suitable for children or small adults.Please contact the owner before arrival if you require the twins beds to be zipped together. Poor mobile reception.
