HELP

The following steps will guide you through the process of booking a cottage. Please note that if you need help at any time you can call our local reservations team on 01580 720 770 who would be happy to guide you through the process or take your reservation by telephone.

  1. Click on the 'Book Now' button. This is an orange button located down the left hand side of the page.
  2. Use the drop-down menus to select how many nights you would like to go for, the month, what day you would like your holiday to start, the number of adults, children, infants and pets.
  3. When you have selected when you would like to go an availability listing will appear below the menu along with the price for the specified period. Where a line appears in green this means the property is available, or a grey line signifies that the property is already booked.
  4. Once you have found when you would like to go and would like to proceed to book the property, click on the orange 'Book This' button to the right. This will begin the booking process.
  5. There are 4 steps to the booking process. The first requires you to enter your details into the form provided. Please click on the orange 'Next Step' button at the bottom-right once you have fully completed the requested information.
  6. The next step requires you to enter the names and approximate ages of all the people staying at the property. Once complete, please proceed by using the orange 'Next Step' button.
  7. The third step summarises the total price including your booking fee and allows you to mention any specific requests you may have in the box provided. You will also need to specify how you would like to pay for your cottage, by either paying now by using a credit or debit card, or later by phone, bank transfer or cheque. You must also tick the box which confirms you have agreed to our terms and conditions before clicking on the orange 'Pay Now' button to proceed to the final step.
  8. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card please complete the information in the boxes provided then click on the orange 'Complete' button.
  9. A booking confirmation page will appear and you will be sent an email with a breakdown of costs and details of your arrival/departure dates. Please note, if you have chosen to pay later then this booking is provisional and you must contact us within five days to arrange payment.

This superb new off grid eco-friendly dairy conversion uses solar power to generate both power and heating plus a rainwater harvesting system to provide water. Set in the heart of the Kent countryside half a mile down a farm track -  Hornbrook Dairy is an ideal location to relax and unwind.  There are lovely views across the countryside with hedgerows providing a valuable habitat for birds and other wildlife, whilst sheep graze nearby. Enjoy being "away from it all" but not too islolated with neighbouring properties nearby. Woodchurch village offers local services and the country town of Tenterden - often described as the "Jewel of The Weald" is an easy drive. Ashford with its many retail outlets and fast links to London and Europe is twenty minutes away.  Shop: 0.75 miles  Pub: 0.75 miles Coast: 14 miles

Ground Floor:
Sitting/Dining/Kitchen has wooden flooring with underfloor heating and is wonderfully light and bright with many windows overlooking the fields. The vaulted ceiling adds a feeling of spaciousness to the whole room and it is very comfortably furnished  including a dining table and six chairs, a two seater sofa bed, two seater sofa and two reclining armchairs, occasional table, flat screen TV with Satellite channels and  DVD player - there is also a collection of books and games for guests use
Kitchen Area with gas oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave
Cloakroom with washbasin and w.c
Utility a cupboard in the hall houses a washing machine
Bedroom 1 with a super king-size bed which can be separated into twin beds if required, bedside tables, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers and En-Suite Wet Room with shower, shower seat, washbasin and w.c.
Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe ,chair and chest of drawers, French windows to garden with lovely views across the meadow and En-Suite Shower Room with double shower, washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Lawned area with outlook over fields. Patio terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
Parking: For two cars directly outside the property.
Heating: The Dairy is mainly solar powered providing its own energy and has underfloor heating throughout.
Also Provided: Two  Z beds suitable for children.
Notes: There is fenced pond adjacent to the garden so small children should be supervised. This property is suitable for wheelchair users.
