Pond Cottage, along with Field Cottage next door, is a well equipped holiday cottage in the grounds of the owners recently modernised farmhouse. Close to the picturesque villages of Smarden and Biddenden, and a short drive from Headcorn, which has a main-line station. Entrance is down a private drive, with wheelchair-friendly ramps into the property, which has tiled flooring throughout. Pond Cottage has a separate side door with private seating garden area. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Sitting/Dining Room: air conditioned with 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, electric fire, colour TV with SKY movie channels/DVD, CD player/radio
Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and large fridge/freezer

Bedroom 2: with twin beds - extra bed available on request
