Field Cottage, along with Pond Cottage next door, is a well equipped holiday cottage, in the grounds of the owners recently modernised farmhouse. Close to the picturesque villages of Smarden and Biddenden, and a short drive from Headcorn, which has a main line station. Entrance is down a private drive, with wheelchair-friendly ramps into the property, which has tiled flooring throughout. Field Cottage has a separate side door, with a private seating garden area. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 2 miles

Sitting/Dining Room air conditioned with 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, electric fire, Colour TV with SKY movie channel/DVD, CD player/radio
Kitchen: with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and large fridge/freezer
Bedroom 1: with double bed and air conditioning
Bedroom 2: with twin beds - extra bed available on request
Bathroom: with shower suitable for the less-able, bath, washbasin and w.c.
Garden: Paved area to front and side with table and chairs, and guests can explore the owners 18 acres of land, and fish in the lakes. Barbecue.
Parking: Ample parking adjacent to the accommodation.
