The location is ideal for visiting the Kent and East Sussex attractions, including Sissinghurst Gardens, Bedgebury Pinetum, Bewl Water for water sports, fishing and cycling and the Kent & East Sussex Steam Railway. There are numerous National Trust properties within easy reach, while the Euro Tunnel terminal is only 20 miles away. The mainline station at Marden is only 4 miles distant for trains to London. For those who enjoy walking there are many walks from the centre of Goudhurst Village. Shop: 1 mile Pub: 1 mile

Heating: All the windows are double-glazed and oil central heating is provided throughout.
Also Provided: Bed linen. A tumble dryer can be found in the outhouse.
