Gardener's Cottage is a delightful self-contained holiday property. It is located in peace and tranquility in the owner's beautifully landscaped grounds of an ancient Wealden Manor House, dating from the 15th Century . It is approached via security gates and a long private drive surrounded by 15 acres of paddocks. It is situated at the far end of the manor house with its own small private garden.
It is situated a few minutes drive from the village of Staplehurst with its mainline railway station allowing day trips to London in 1 hour or to the coast. The Eurotunnel terminal in Ashford and the Ferry terminal in Dover are easily accessible.
This is an excellent location for visiting Kent and East Sussex attractions, including the renowned Sissinghurst gardens, the exquisite Leeds Castle, as well as numerous gardens, castles and historic houses, National Trust properties and beautiful towns and villages such as Tunbridge Wells, Tenterden, Rye and Canterbury.
