This recently refurbished, bright & airy second floor apartment is decorated to a high standard throughout and is in an ideal location for both a relaxing summer holiday or an out of season short break. The property is superbly located in the conservation area of the very popular coastal town of Broadstairs - only a few doors from the Dickens House Museum and with an unrivalled view over the delightful gardens along the sea-front over the Bay and Harbour Pier. On Wednesday during the summer period, there is a firework display from the Harbour Pier - no better view could be had! Shop: 500 yards Pub: 500 yards

Second Floor:
Sitting Room with large L shaped sofa, two armchairs, table, chairs, colour TV with DVD, Freeview and a radio/CD player

Kitchen with a gas hob & oven with grill, larder fridge, microwave and washer/dryer - and at the end is a window seat to enjoy the view over the bay
Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with a single bed and a pull out stacker bed to make twin beds or a double bed
Shower Room with power shower, small washbasin and w.c. (Please note the bottom of the windows are 2 feet from the floor and can be locked - but if open, children MUST be supervised - bars are not possible as this is a conservation area)

Parking:  There are several car parking places very close to the apartment - currently 80p per hour, £5 per day, £1 overnight (8pm - 8am)  or free overnight directly in front of the apartment- but within 10 minutes walk, ample free parking is available on the Promenade also free parking within 3 minutes walk.
Heating: Gas fired central heating.
Also Provided: Bed and kitchen linen provided.
Notes: Towels are charged at £3pp per week. Electricity/Gas included. A security deposit of £80 is payable on arrival at the property.
