Flint Cottage is a romantic old farm building, newly converted to an exceptionally high standard, dating from the 18th century, at the centre of a 55 acre working farm with sheep and horses in the grounds of the owners' farmhouse and thatched barn. The property is located on the North Downs Way in the charming Kentish hamlet of Old Wives Lees, an easy walk from Chilham with its famous mediaeval square and castle, and just five miles from both Canterbury and Faversham. Old Wives Lees has a local pub and Chilham boasts two pubs with very good restaurants, a post office, general store and newsagents. Ashford is 10 miles distant and Dover port and the Channel Tunnel are 15 miles. There is a good railway service from Faversham into London. Shop: 2 miles Pub: 0.5 miles

Ground Floor:
