Leeds Castle is only 1.5 miles away, three minutes from the Pilgrims Way and with lovely walks along the North Downs Way and Greensand Walks.  Shop: 0.5mile Pub: 0.2 mile

Sitting room/Dining room/Kitchen with Chinese slate flooring with beamed vaulted ceiling. Sofabed, armchair,colour TV/DVD/CD.Dining table and chairs. Full size electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine/dryer, slimline dishwasher and microwave.
Bedroom 1 with double bed and  an En-Suite bathroom with P-shaped bath with shower over, heated towel rail. washbasin and w.c.

Garden: Private scented herb garden with patio area, table and chairs.Guests can also enjoy the owners stunning gardens with ponds ( children must be supervised as ponds are unfenced). These are regularly visited by a Kingfisher and a Heron.
Parking: Private parking directly in front of the barn.
Heating: Underfloor electric heating.
Also Provided: Full linen. Local produce for guests on arrival. Folding bed suitable for child at £10per week.
Notes: There is a ramp into the accommodation and the doorways are suitable for wheelchair users. A security deposit of £50 is payable on arrival at the property.
