Joywell Cottage is a delightful 'picture book' thatched cottage located in the heart of the village of Peasmarsh. The medieval town of Rye is only 3 miles distant and within easy reach are many castles such as Bodiam, Herstmonceaux, beautiful gardens and historic houses, National Trust properties, farms and zoos as well as the charming old fishing town of Hastings, delightful Battle - famous for its Abbey, picturesque Tenterden with the Kent & East Sussex railway, leisure centre, antique shops, tea-rooms and restaurants are all to be visited and enjoyed in this glorious area. Heating: Solid fuel central heating.
Also Provided: Bed linen. Telephone for incoming calls only. First basket of logs supplied.
Notes: Smokers are permitted but requested to smoke in downstairs rooms only. Towels charged @ £3pp per week.  A security deposit of £100 is payable with the booking balance.
