This is a truly stunning beach house in an ultra modern eco-friendly development - just yards from the spectacular sandy beaches and dunes that Camber is so famous for. GROUND FLOOR:

Integral Garage is to the left of the entrance hall and houses the washing machine and fridge/freezer - with interconnecting door through to the 
Garden Room which leads directly to the outdoor shower area provides the double futon sofabed , single futon for one and TV/DVD books and games for all the family

FIRST FLOOR:

Main living area - is wonderfully light and airy with floor to ceiling glazed French doors opening onto the large decked terrace. It  is carefully furnished with contrasting retro and modern furnishings.  There is a large sofa, armchairs, dining table to seat six plus TV/DVD and radio. 

Kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave and quality utensils

SECOND FLOOR:

Bedroom 2 is the main bedroom with a queen size double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The great feature of this room is the private balcony with table and chairs - not to mention the superb, fully tiled En-Suite Shower room with washbasin and W.C

Garden: A great communal space for get togethers  - or just for relaxing on your balcony.
Parking: Garage plus one designated parking space - other spaces available on demand.
