The cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the many gardens, National Trust properties, vineyards and glorious countryside – which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Opposite the cottage is a 5-acre oasis of land with a stream running through it - ideal for children to explore and play.
Parking: Parking is available beside the owner’s garage.
Heating: Free standing electric convector heaters plus supplementary central heating running off the woodburner.
Also Provided: Full linen. Telephone (with weekly readings). Hair Dryers. Barbecue and garden furniture.
Notes: Logs for the woodburner included . A security deposit of £50 is payable to the owner on arrival. Sorry, mini-breaks by special arrangement only. Due to steep stairs and sloping gardens this property is not suitable for toddlers or the less-able. The 2'6 single bed is really only suitable for children or small adults.
