Garden: To the front is a lawned area, patio area with garden bench and table (a gas barbecue is available). Doors lead from the living area to another grassed area overlooking the neighbouring fields and paddocks, perfectly suited to playing. Also, the owner has created a walkway, of approximately two miles, around the entire farm across fields and through woodland which is perfect for enjoying the peaceful countryside. This does involve crossing stiles – in true country fashion.
Parking: Parking is available to the front of the property.

Notes: A security deposit of £100 is payable to the owner on arrival at the property. There is a poor mobile phone reception in the area. Bedroom 3 is not suitable for very small children due to the stairs - a clip-on safety rope can be attached at the top.
