This very pretty country cottage has the most wonderful back garden of over an acre with  former cob nut woodlands to explore - so you can really enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside on your own doorstep.  Just a mile away is Wittersham Road - part of the Kent & East Sussex Railway - with steam train trips to nearby Tenterden & Northiam and the Cinque Port of Rye is only a 10 minute drive.  Shop: 3 miles  Pub: 0.5 mile

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen - very well equipped and attractive with ample storage and work surfaces, providing dishwasher, washing machine, fridge , electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker and plentiful crockery and cutlery. There is a fridge freezer and tumble dryer in the outhouse
Sitting/Dining Room - there are two separate but inter-connecting sitting rooms with a dining area  - creating a relaxing living space with great character and charm.  There is a working woodburning stove in one room - plenty of comfortable sofas and armchairs, colour TV/DVD and a round dining table and chairs.
