Hawthorn Cottage is annexed to the Main House located on a private smallholding just a few miles from Sevenoaks.  Down a long track and surrounded by woodland, it is a very peaceful spot even though it is close to many places of interest.  Recently renovated with great attention to detail, this comfortable property is in an ideal location for visiting the many National Trust properties in the area - including Knole and Chartwell  plus the famous shopping centre at Bluewater and motor racing at Brands Hatch are all within easy reach.  Pub:  2miles   Shop: 3 miles

Kitchen/Dining room with tiled floor, very well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and purified water on tap.  A dining table and seating for 4 is situated next to the picture windows
Sitting Room is dual aspect with views to the front and woods to rear, fully carpeted and features an electric woodburner effect fire in brick surround, a cream leather sofabed, two armchair recliners and glass topped occasional tables, a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD
