Wiltshire is most easily reached via the M4 Motorway which links London, Bristol and South Wales and connects with the M5.
The Ports of Portsmouth, Poole, Weymouth and Plymouth provide ferry connections to the Channel Islands, St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen, Roscoff, Bilbao and Santander while Pembroke has services to and from Rosslare and Dublin.
Heathrow Airport is located on the M4 with flight connections throughout the world.
Regular train services are available to various locations including Salisbury and Westbury. The train to Salisbury is from London Waterloo and takes less than an hour and a half.
