How To Book Your Holiday With Freedom Holiday Homes

Reservations of all accommodation are accepted by Freedom Holiday Homes under our Terms and Conditions

Use the instructions shown below to ensure a straightforward booking:

USING OUR WEBSITE

1. Log onto www.freedomholidayhomes.co.uk and if you know the reference number of the property you are interested in, enter the number in the Quick Search box. You can then check the availability and price of the property. Alternatively if you simply want to know which properties are available then use our Property Search and follow the simple instructions. This will give you a listing of available properties for the dates you require.
2. When you have chosen a property you can then click on the Check Availability button on the property page to reserve the property. A form will appear on the screen, which you are asked to complete. This is a reservation request only and the reservation will only become a booking when we confirm it with you.
3. Your details are sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.
4. You can send a cheque, pay by credit/debit card the amount due when we contact you, or by bank transfer. (Please note: To secure your booking we must receive your payment within five days of making your booking. If the booking is made within eight weeks of your holiday start date we require the full payment on booking).
5. You will receive an invoice detailing the amount to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date. (Balance payments made by credit card will incur an additional charge - see Booking Conditions 4).
6. On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries.

1. Telephone our office on 01580 720770 or email mail@freedomholidayhomes.co.uk giving your requirements. We will advise you of availability, help you make your choice if needed and make a booking for you. This will be held for FIVE working days pending receipt of your payment. (Please Note: To secure your booking we must receive your booking form within FIVE days of your phone call. If your booking is made within eight weeks of your holiday date, we require the full payment on booking.)
2. Complete the Booking Form, remembering to sign it, and send it with your one third deposit to us at:

3. Our online payment form can be found here: https://secure.fhhbookings.com.
4. Alternatively, when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card. We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt and paperwork to you.
5. You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment on or before the due date. No reminder will be sent. (A charge is made for balance payments by credit card - see booking condition 4).
6. On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries.

EURO payments can now be accepted by bank transfer using the following codes. Please note that any charges MUST be paid by the client at source and the relevant booking references quoted.



(Overseas payments in sterling should include a Bank administration fee of £7. Bank charges in excess of £7 in respect of payment will be charged to clients. The £7 Bank fee applies to local British charges only, not those incurred at source).
